They helped me boost my confidence and discover skills I didn’t event know I had, and they helped me not to be afraid to grow outside my comfort zone. They molded us to be professionally ready by exposing us to a rea-life scenario where we can showcase our talents and skills. JIB also showed us how many opportunities the real world has and even opened some for us where we can grow and gain more knowledge that will help us succeed in the future. I have also learned that it’s important to invest in yourself for you to be successful in your chosen field. And here I am today, living my dreams, applying all the learnings and knowledge I have learned with PRIDE!

Moreover, student presentations added color to the celebration by exhibiting their talents. The event was concluded with a community song, “Let There Be Peace,” to remind everyone of the importance of appreciating our differences and how that can help us create a world free of racism and will help promote peace in the world.

After going on hiatus for two years, the SFW Joji Ilagan International School – CBT Campus has again held its in-person Acquaintance Party, with the theme “A MONOCHROMATIC NIGHT,” last November 21, 2022.

The students confidently slay their dapper monochromatic outfits and enjoy the fun games and activities the officers prepare. TikTok Dance Challenge, Fashion Show, Dance and Singing challenges were among the activities that moved everyone from their chairs. Students got to socialize with other sections and year levels.

It was a memorable night having such a great event with the students after two years of virtual acquaintance parties. This is a reminder that regardless of the obstacles you are going through, never stop having a moment filled with fun!
