Enrollment Procedure
For OLD STUDENTS
RECORDS REQUEST
- Fill out the application form { http://bit.ly/JIISrecordsRequest}
- Send the scanned copy of payment to jibschoolregistrar@gmail.com if not uploaded in google form
- Pick up your request as indicated in the tracking request form
- Send a written request with the following information: Complete Name used when last enrolled in JIB, Year of last enrollment, Degree, Number of Requested Copies, Mailing address and contact number and a copy of valid ID
- Staff will contact the requestor upon receipt of documents
- Deposit payment online
- Pick up your request as indicated in the tracking request form
OVER THE COUNTER
- Secure the application form at the Registrar window.
- Fill out the application form completely
- Submit your accomplished for at the Registrar Staff for validation
- Pay fee at the cashier, Ground Floor, Accounting building. Open from 8am to 5PM. Lunch Break 12am to 12PM
- Return back the accomplished form and official receipt at the Registrar Office
- Get your claim stub
